Mimosa
This beautiful beachfront property was completely refurbished from ceiling to floor in three months.
We redesigned the space to accommodate a third bedroom suite in what was the old kitchen and cloakroom. The ‘bistro’ style kitchen was moved discreetly into the living room, matching the lifestyle of the client. The hallway to the master suite was changed as well as the terrace.
Elba
Our clients wanted the apartment refurbished and redesigned to include 2 bedroom suites, a kitchen, separate utility and cloakrooms, new flooring and ceiling details with ambient lighting.
We removed all the interior walls and took the apartment back to the existing four structural pillars, which still allowed us to recreate all spaces with our client’s specific requirements in mind.
Ventura Del Mar
This spectacular duplex penthouse with panoramic sea views, was greatly enhanced with a full makeover.
We refitted the bathrooms and terraces, installing new wooden pergolas with sun filtered glass to reduce the heat. The top floor, master suite was redesigned to accommodate a new entrance way, allowing us to convert the wardrobe area into a large shower.
Amazonas
Our fabulous client had her own vision for her new home in Puente Romano.
Our job was to create it, delivering to a tight timescale, bringing a high quality finish and to a definite budget. Over our many projects, we have developed good relationships with a wide variety of dependable suppliers which is a vital ingredient for a smooth project.
Granada Hotel Suite
After visiting the suite, before we started the works, our immediate impression was that it seemed dark and musty with not enough storage space. The water aircon system was leaking in many different places, the breakfast bar collided with the front door and the pull down bed was a mission to open.
As you opened the front door, if the door was not closed, you saw the loo, accessed via the kitchen!
